This is your typical Alibaba purchase.  Before the transaction, everything seems possible—everything is in stock, and every question gets a "Yes" answer. However, once you complete the purchase, suddenly the item is a "customized product" that needs to be made, causing delays in shipping and more.  When the order finally arrived and was installed, one of the buttons on the remote control immediately malfunctioned. I reported this to the seller on January 29th, but as of today, February 25th, I still haven't received a replacement button.  This button is crucial to connect the remote to the main unit.  Buyer beware—if you're spending $1200, don't spend it here.  When I reached out to the seller, they told me they were celebrating the New Year.  It seems like they've been celebrating it for the next 20 years, because I still haven’t heard a thing from them. 

Very good hammers and great customer service.  We will buy more product from this manafacturer.
